Disneyland to Demolish Building to Clear Path for New 6,000-Space Parking Garage

The ordinance adds Irvine to about a dozen Orange County cities that have adopted restrictions on kratom or 7-OH, Voice of OC reported. Unlike nearby cities with outright bans, Irvine will allow natural kratom sales subject to age and potency limits.

Hanh Minh Nguyen already faced charges brought by the Orange County District Attorney, according to ABC7 Los Angeles. The federal felony charge carries a maximum prison sentence of seven years if she is convicted.

The arrests followed an investigation into several package thefts from an Irvine apartment mailroom. Police said the recovered property was returned to the victim.
