Southern California Pride season spans May to November, OC marks Oct. 10

Orange County's annual Pride Parade and Festival is set for Oct. 10 in Santa Ana, part of a months-long calendar of LGBTQIA+ celebrations stretching across Southern California from May through November 2026, according to ABC7 Los Angeles.

The regional calendar highlights Southern California's dense concentration of LGBTQIA+ events — from stadium parades to queer vendor markets — with Orange County's October festival anchoring the fall stretch of what the community calls a "Pride 365" calendar.

The season opens with Long Beach Pride on May 16-17, with festivities centered at Marina Green Park and a parade along Ocean Boulevard, according to ABC7 Los Angeles.

June brings the region's largest concentration of events. West Hollywood's Outloud Music Festival runs June 5-7, featuring performers including The Pussycat Dolls, JADE, and Ava Max. The 56th Annual LA Pride Parade follows on June 14, with more than 150 contingents expected to march under the theme "Power in Pride." Organizers project some 150,000 spectators and participants, the outlet reported.

Events continue through summer and fall at venues ranging from Catalina Island to Disneyland in Anaheim, which hosts after-dark Pride Nite events with special entertainment. Greater Palm Springs marks its 39th annual celebration in 2026. AIDS Walk LA has raised more than $92 million to combat HIV and AIDS since its founding in 1985, according to the report.

Orange County Pride, scheduled for Oct. 10 in Santa Ana, describes its mission as empowering authentic self-expression through celebration, education, and activism. Vendor markets at several events across the region, including Riverside Inland Empire Pride and the LA Pride Village, feature more than 120 exhibitors, ABC7 reported.

The Southern California Pride calendar compiled by ABC7 Los Angeles lists events across at least 10 cities — from Long Beach to Palm Springs — with celebrations continuing through late November.
