Westin Seoul Parnas adds family perks at On:Table buffet through May

The Westin Seoul Parnas is offering free buffet meals for children and tiered group discounts at its On:Table restaurant through the end of May, the Korea Times reported Wednesday.

The promotion reflects a broader push toward family-oriented hospitality packages at luxury Seoul hotels — a trend that may draw interest from Korean-American families planning summer travel to South Korea.

Under the deal, Parnas Rewards members receive one complimentary buffet meal for a child under 12 for every two paying adults, according to the Korea Times. The hotel also provides children's amenities including premium tableware, a Gourmet Stamp Passport and creative activity supplies.

A recipe contest open to children ages 5 to 12 runs through Sunday. The winning recipe will be featured on the On:Table menu from May 2 through 5, and the grand-prize winner receives a meal voucher for two, the Korea Times reported.

Group packages are available at two tiers. Parties of 10 or more receive a meal voucher for two and a 30 percent discount on unlimited wine service. Groups of 20 or more receive a 20 percent buffet discount, a one-night hotel stay and two bottles of house wine, according to the Korea Times.

"We have prepared a variety of programs so that all generations, from children to parents, can be satisfied," a Westin Seoul Parnas official said, according to the Korea Times.

The On:Table family promotion runs through the end of May at the Westin Seoul Parnas.
